Joanne helps small business owners set up, connect and automate their online tech and know their numbers so they can make data-driven decisions for their marketing. I help them make friends with spreadsheets and get a handle on the key metrics to be watching for their online business to grow.

"When it came to starting my own courses I first used Thinkific as I believed it would be easier to use an all in one type product at the beginning but I found even the basic plan expensive for both hosting and in profit sharing - and I couldn’t make the courses look and feel quite right as I had no control over what things looked like.

When I tried MemberVault I thought it was easy to get started and I was really happy I could apply some of my coding knowledge to get the visuals matching my brand. Most of all I love how I can use actions to start off whole new workflows in my business based on how people are getting on with and using my content and I can add analytics so I can collect the numbers. FUN FACTS:

I work from my home, in a very beautiful and rural part of Herefordshire (UK) and I live with my husband Richard. My son Huw now lives and works in Birmingham and is about to get married himself.
We don’t have a dog of our own but sometimes Topsy from next door comes for walks with us.
When I’m not working at my computer you’ll probably find me singing or with my paintbrushes out attempting to paint a flower or two.
